Clemens Thill

Clemens Thill’s practice focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and financial and securities law. Clemens has acquired significant experience in complex M&A and capital markets transactions, and advises a number of listed and unlisted companies on a regular basis.

On a six-month secondment to a Luxembourg listed client in 2022 and 2023. 

Member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2015.

Joined Elvinger Hoss Prussen in 2015.

Licence en droit from the University of Luxembourg.

LLM in international commercial law from the University of Aberdeen (UK).
