We aspire to build strong communities and a better future for all

As lawyers, we believe that we have a major role to play in improving the quality of life in our society and in creating opportunities for everyone: today and tomorrow. These values are deeply rooted in the firm; philanthropy and responsibility have always been part of our operations. We are proud to contribute to our local economy and to improve the society we live in.

Forging a career is no longer necessarily the ultimate goal in life. We need to support each of our team members in their quest for meaning by applying the values we advocate

We provide legal advice for those in need

Our conviction is that making a positive contribution in our areas of expertise
is not just ethically important, but fundamental to the integrity of the profession and the judicial system. We regularly offer pro bono legal expertise to help communities on a range of issues they encounter, with the same high standards of client service as our fee-paying clients.

We seek to make a positive difference for others

We are value-driven and endeavour to improve the lives of fellow citizens, including the most vulnerable. We actively support a number of philanthropic initiatives through sponsorships, donations or grassroots involvement, from long-term partnerships to specific solidarity or environmental actions in communities.

Croix-Rouge luxembourgeoise

At the beginning of 2010 we entered into a long-term partnership with Croix-Rouge luxembourgeoise. Through this collaboration, the firm’s charity fundraising, pro bono work and volunteering efforts come together. Not only do we support the Luxembourg Red Cross financially, but we also give them moral and personal support in their various projects and events. Participating in the Croix-Rouge’s annual “Quinzaine du Don”, collecting material for refugees, organising internal fundraising events or promoting blood donation are just some of the projects in which the entire staff is involved and where we endeavour to improve the lives of vulnerable people.

Friendship

Established in Bangladesh in 1998, "Friendship" is a value-based organisation, which identifies and reaches the poorest of the poor and the most marginalised communities in Bangladesh. Friendship's primary mission is to help the destitute population of the Nomad Islands (the Chars) located on the Brahmaputra, and to bring emergency relief and rehabilitation to disaster-stricken areas of the country. It acts primarily in the areas of health, education, economic development and emergency assistance. There is also an important cultural preservation dimension to its commitment. Our financial support to Friendship is more particularly designated to co-fund an integrated development project (health, education, vocational training and income generation) in 6 Nomad Islands located on the Brahmaputra in the Northern districts of Bangladesh.

Fondatioun Kriibskrank Kanner

Since 2008, we have been supporting the Luxembourgish Foundation Kriibskrank Kanner, which aims to raise awareness of childhood cancer, support affected families and actively promote paediatric oncology research.
From the very beginning we have been one of the main sponsors of the foundation's annual charity run LËTZ GO GOLD and are proud of our dedicated members who join the corporate running team every year to share these emotional and special moments.

SOS Villages d'Enfants Monde

Our partnership with SOS Villages d'Enfants Monde enables us to support the non-governmental organisation (NGO) in its efforts to ensure that children and young people can grow up in a family where they are loved, cared for, supported and protected.
As part of our social responsibility as one of Luxembourg's leading law firms, we have therefore been advising and supporting SOS Villages d'Enfants Monde pro bono in various legal matters for many years.
