On 9th December and 11th December Partner Gast Juncker gave a regulatory update on investment funds as part of a panel during the ALFI roadshow in Tokyo and Singapore. Partner Xavier Le Sourne of our Hong Kong office travelled along with Gast. Both met with clients and prospects in the two cities. The roadshow was co-sponsored by our firm.

The seminars brought together local and Luxembourg industry experts to discuss the most recent developments in cross-border distribution and innovative solutions in the field of alternative investment funds. Luxembourg is the second largest investment fund domicile in the world with ALFI members being its main representative community. 

Besides being a member of ALFI’s Board of Directors and Regulatory Board, Gast is also the Co-chair of its legal and regulatory committee and a member of various working groups thereof.
