We are looking for a Communication Officer.
Integrated within the Communication team, you will report directly to the Communication & Brand Manager. You will play a key role in internal & external communication writing, providing valuable support to the team across various communication initiatives.
Your responsibilities:
- Preparation and dissemination of internal and external communications for the firm across various channels (social media, intranet, company website...).
- Creation, writing, and revision of communications in both French and English (brochures, flyers, banners, newsletter, advert).
- Continuous improvement of the firm's intranet, ensuring its relevance and effectiveness.
- Contribution in reviewing and implementing the communication strategy.
- Involvement in creating and maintaining a robust and consistent brand identity and image.
- Participation in and coordination of internal and external firm events including sponsoring.
- Management of the editorial calendar.
- Collaboration with other team members, such as PR Officer, Graphic Designer, Video Specialist, BDM, etc.
Your profile:
- You hold a Master's degree in Marketing and Communication or any relevant diploma related to this field.
- You have a first successful experience of, at least, 3 years, in a similar role with a focus on communication writing.
- You are fluent in English with a very good level of French; any other language will be considered as an asset.
- You have excellent computer skills. You master the Adobe Suite and have a web publishing experience using CMS.
- You have excellent both written and verbal communication skills.
- You are creative, dynamic and proactive, with strong project management skills.
