Communication officer

We are looking for a Communication Officer.
 

Integrated within the Communication team, you will report directly to the Communication & Brand Manager. You will play a key role in internal & external communication writing, providing valuable support to the team across various communication initiatives.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparation and dissemination of internal and external communications for the firm across various channels (social media, intranet, company website...).
• Creation, writing, and revision of communications in both French and English (brochures, flyers, banners, newsletter, advert).
• Continuous improvement of the firm's intranet, ensuring its relevance and effectiveness.
• Contribution in reviewing and implementing the communication strategy.
• Involvement in creating and maintaining a robust and consistent brand identity and image.
• Participation in and coordination of internal and external firm events including sponsoring.
• Management of the editorial calendar.
• Collaboration with other team members, such as PR Officer, Graphic Designer, Video Specialist, BDM, etc.

Your profile:

• You hold a Master's degree in Marketing and Communication or any relevant diploma related to this field. 
• You have a first successful experience of, at least, 3 years, in a similar role with a focus on communication writing.
• You are fluent in English with a very good level of French; any other language will be considered as an asset. 
• You have excellent computer skills. You master the Adobe Suite and have a web publishing experience using CMS.
• You have excellent both written and verbal communication skills. 
• You are creative, dynamic and proactive, with strong project management skills.
