A presence in Hong Kong

Since July 2012, our office in the central business district of Hong Kong situated near the headquarters of multinational financial institutions and diplomatic offices has been serving our Asian clients and helping them take advantage of Luxembourg business and investment opportunities.

A presence in Paris

Since spring 2023, our Paris office has been advising our French and European clients on all aspects of Luxembourg law. Our highly motivated Paris-based team are experts in Luxembourg law and specialised in assisting asset managers to further develop internationally.

A presence in New York with our partner Elvinger Sàrl

The New York office is headed by Nicolas Fermaud who has a strong experience in regulated and unregulated investment structures. Together with the Elvinger Hoss Prussen team in Luxembourg, the New York team assist asset managers and US companies on all aspects of their Luxembourg legal requirements.

With a team in residence, clients can receive relevant, timely advice on Luxembourg law during local business hours.
