Diversity and inclusion

Twenty-seven different nationalities are represented in our team; (22.4% are from Luxembourg, 45.2% are from France, 18.6% are from Belgium and 3.1% are from Germany.) We offer Luxembourgish and German language courses to our foreign team members as well as themed lunches (German, English and Luxembourgish).

Diversity countries

Career Development is at the heart of our HR department to ensure that each team member is given adequate support and training to fully develop his or her professional goal. Mentoring by partners, counsel and senior lawyers is an important feature of our career development plan. Today, 63% of our team are women and we carefully monitor our career development with a view to actively reducing the gender gap or any other inequalities. Senior Management positions are held by women and men alike. At partner level, 38.6% are female and for the past ten years we have had gender parity for our new partners.

We Support our long term partners at a local and international level

In June we celebrate the Nopesch Fest (European Neighbours’ Day), a great opportunity to meet our neighbours in a casual and friendly atmosphere :

To encourage health and promote a balanced diet, our firm provides fresh fruit, organises healthy lunches and also offers running and Pilates classes. Since the beginning of 2010 we have been actively supporting "Fair Trade" by offering certified fair-trade coffee, sugar, chocolate and orange juice for consumption on our premises and organising promotional events on a regular basis. We are members of the IMS (Institut pour le Mouvement Sociétal Luxembourg) and signed the Diversity Charter in 2012.

On special occasions we celebrate the cohesion between our Hong Kong and Luxembourg teams and our partner firm Elvinger in New York.

Elvinger Hoss Prussen skiing weekeend

Being part of our community means you can benefit from a varied social programme with monthly Friday drinks, wine tastings, special lunches and dinners, team activities and a Christmas party.

Every two years we treat our teams to a skiing weekend.

Administrative Professionals Day is the day we recognise the work of secretaries, administrative assistants, receptionists, and other administrative support professionals. On this day, we offer a special treat and lunch to our administrative team.
