Elvinger Hoss Prussen is advising TotalEnergies on the Luxembourg law aspects in the €1.57 billion (equity value) acquisition of VSB Group, a Germany based renewable energy developer and operator of wind farms and photovoltaic power plants in several European countries, from Swiss asset manager Partners Group.
The team consists of Partner Thierry Kauffman, Counsel Clemens Thill and Senior Associate Philippe Chareyre.
