ALFI Seminar on Taxes for Investment Funds

Partners Elisabeth Adam and Thibaut Partsch as well as Counsel Aurélie Budzin-Dang represented Elvinger Hoss Prussen at the ALFI (Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry) Seminar on Taxes for Investment Funds conference on 23 October. The seminar focused on some of the current and expected regulatory and legislative developments that have an impact on the general tax framework as well as on investment funds and fund structures more specifically.
