On 17 March Partner Gary Cywie was a co-presenter of a webinar organised by the AEDBF (European association for banking and fincancial law) entitled ”Covid-19 webinar: a catalyst for electronic signatures”.

Gary focused his presentation on the legal framework applicable to electronic signatures in European and Luxembourg law and in particular on the differences between the various types of electronic signatures, both from a practical and technical point of view, as well as that of their respective legal effects. His presentation was aimed at specialists in contract law and people wishing to understand the stakes in this field.
