On 10 March Partner Jérôme Wigny was a panel speaker during a webinar organised jointly by the Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (LPEA) and the Asociación Española de Capital, Crecimiento en Inversión (ASCRI) on the impact of the EU Recovery Plan on Private Equity. 

LPEA represents, promotes and protects the interests of the Luxembourg private equity and venture capital industry. ASCRI is the association that brings together Venture Capital & Private Equity firms in Spain.

Our panel of experts explored which programmes are or will be implemented and how will investors and portfolio companies be affected. Jérôme’s panel focused on a legal and regulatory update affecting the Private Equity and Venture Capital industry of both Luxembourg and Spain in particular.
