Luxembourg Real Estate conference

On 9 and 16 March, IFE Luxembourg presented its 18th edition of the Immobilier au Luxembourg (Luxembourg Real Estate) conference. The conference focused on legal and practical news of the real estate market and particularly on the theme "What are the prospects in an economic context marked by Covid?".

Partner Nathalie Prüm-Carré presented a session on the draft law relating to the Housing Agreement (Pacte logement 2.0) with municipalities in order to increase the supply of affordable and sustainable housing.

This bill provides for the establishment of provisions that will have a significant impact on future development plans, particularly in areas dedicated to low-cost housing and procedures.
