The 17th edition of the ALFI London Conference provides its traditional forum for the UK and Luxembourg fund industries to share, analyse and debate their most topical challenges and opportunities. 

Partner, Olivia Moessner moderated a panel discussion entitled Regulators’ Insight where Nick Miller, Head of Asset Management Supervision, Policy & Competition, FCA, and Marco Zwick, Director, CSSF, discussed and exchanged views on the latest trends and regulatory drivers. Participants receiveed insightful information on the current views of the regulators both in Luxembourg and in the UK on selected hot topics for the Asset Management industry.

In addition, Partner Sophie Dupin participated in a panel entitled Governance as a virtue; taking centre stage for regulators, investors, and ESG across funds and management companies. It explored how fund and management company boards are evolving, through best practice and regulatory influence, the increasing importance of independent directors and diversity, and the boardroom of the future.
