The precautionary principle: a tool for crisis management under European Union law?

On 6 May, Partner Nathalie-Prüm-Carré, in her capacity as president of the Association Luxembourgeoise pour le Droit de l’Environnement – A.L.D.E. (Luxembourg Association for Environmental Law) opened a webinar entitled “The precautionary principle: a tool for crisis management under European Union law?” The forum was led by Dr. Alessandra Donati, Senior Research Fellow, Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for Procedural Law.

A.L.D.E. is an association of scientific nature, which aims to promote the knowledge, development, application and dissemination of environmental law.
