On 11 May the Employment Law Specialists Association Luxembourg (ELSA) organised a lunchtime debate on teleworking aspects and applicable laws entitled “Teleworking: the clash of realities”. Partner, Pierre Elvinger and Senior Associate, Florence Apostolou both participated as expert panellists in the discussion.
Implementation of teleworking by companies has a wide range of implications, including taxation, social security, applicable law, allocation of special benefits and coverage of associated costs, as well as regulatory aspects. A prior case by case legal analysis is required.
