IBA 9th Annual Corporate Governance Conference

Partners Linda Funck and Thierry Kauffman were at the 9th Annual Corporate Governance Conference held by the IBA Capital Markets Forum and the IBA Corporate and M&A Law Committee in Frankfurt on 4 and 5 December.
