Elvinger Hoss Prussen sponsored the Luxembourg Arbitration Day, organised by Luxembourg Arbitration Association (LAA), that took place on 26 April at the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce. Partner Elisabeth Omes moderated a panel on the arbitration in the art world and Partner Joachim Cour was a panelist discussing valuable perspectives on the investment funds disputes and arbitration for the Luxembourg investment funds industry. Partner Laura Arpetti, Associates Camille Reckinger and Stephen De Ron also attended.
