Elvinger Hoss Prussen provided legal advice to FundBank Group in relation to the creation and establishment of a licensed Luxembourg credit institution.
FundBank (Europe) S.A. will be the first bank in Luxembourg dedicated to alternative funds.
The project involved more than 15 Elvinger Hoss Prussen lawyers over 18 months to bring the project to a successful conclusion. The team was led by partners Henri Wagner and Tiago Nogueira.
