Elvinger Hoss Prussen and Elvinger US advise on Ambipar’s $750 million senior unsecured green notes

Elvinger Hoss Prussen and Elvinger US have provided Luxembourg legal advice to Ambipar Lux S.à r.l., a subsidiary of Ambipar Participações e Empreendimentos S.A., in connection with the issuance of US$ 750 million 9.875% New York law governed senior unsecured green notes offered to eligible purchasers pursuant to Rule 144A/Regulation S.
