Intelsat Emergence

Elvinger Hoss Prussen assisted Intelsat on the Luxembourg law aspects of its successful emergence from financial restructuring process. This final milestone followed receipt of regulatory approvals, completion of certain corporate actions, and satisfaction of other customary conditions.

The team was composed mainly of partners Toinon Hoss, François Felten, Elisabeth Adam, Michel Nickels and associates Sophie Chabot, Ben Reckinger, Georgios Merkouriou, Clemens Thill and Gilles Weber.
