Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Novem Group S.A. on the Luxembourg aspects of the admission to trading of the entire share capital of Novem Group S.A. on the regulated market segment (regulierter Markt) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse) with simultaneous admission to the sub-segment of the regulated market with additional post-admission obligations (Prime Standard) and the private placement of shares to certain institutional and other investors.
