We foster an empowered, diverse & inclusive workplace At Elvinger Hoss Prussen, we believe in creating an equal and inclusive workplace and are committed to raising awareness around diversity in society. As such, we are proud to be one of the head sponsors of Luxembourg Pride, taking place in Esch-sur-Alzette in July 2023.

All the more reason for us to make our commitment visible, because raising awareness of the challenges linked to diversity, combatting misunderstandings and stereotypes and respecting our individual talents are important components of our values and our development strategy.

As part of the IMS network and a signatory to the Diversity Charter, we are engaging in continuous dialogue and strengthening our in-house conferences to promote diversity in all its forms. Our diversity and inclusion team aims to reduce workplace discrimination, fight for equal access to services and promote positive attitudes.
