Anthony Favier specialises in all areas of data protection and ICT laws. He advises multinational companies on regulatory matters, in particular with GDPR compliance, with a particular focus on the investment fund industry. Career and memberships

Joined Elvinger Hoss Prussen in 2017.

Prior to joining the firm, Anthony worked in other law firms in Luxembourg and Paris.

Was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2014 and has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2015.

Education

Maîtrise in business law from the Université Paris XII (France).

Master’s degree in management des médias from Sciences Po Rennes (France).
