Emilie Gaspard

Emilie Gaspard’s practice concentrates on collective asset management, investment funds, management companies and AIFMs.

Emilie advises a number of asset managers in relation to the set-up, structuring and administration of their Luxembourg alternative investment fund manager and management company operations.

Joined Elvinger Hoss Prussen in 2023.

Prior to joining the firm, Emilie was head of a division in the authorization and supervision of the IFMs service of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (“CSSF”) where she spent 8 years. Prior to that, Emilie was audit senior manager specialized in UCITS and alternative funds in a “Big 4” company in Luxembourg.

Became Réviseur d’entreprises in 2010.
