Federico’s practice comprises capital markets, structured finance and securitisation.
During his career he has worked on a vast array of transactions, including both debt and equity capital markets transaction, real estate financing and securitisation, particularly in connection with the disposal of NPL porfolios.
Career and memberships
Prior to joining the firm, he worked for two international law firms in Italy for just under seven years. Following this, he moved to Luxembourg where he worked for a public bank 3 years.
Joined Elvinger Hoss Prussen in 2023.
Member of the Italian Bar since 2016.
Member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2024.
Education
Master degree in law from Bocconi University (Italy).
