Hugo Garcia joined Elvinger Hoss Prussen in 2022. He became a member of the Luxembourg Bar in 2021. 

Hugo holds a Master’s degree in corporate and International tax law from the Université de Lorraine (France).

Prior to joining the firm, Hugo worked for a year for another law firm in Luxembourg.
