Jordi Andrea advises on Luxembourg and international tax law, including transactional and investment-related tax matters and tax structuring for corporate entities, regulated and unregulated funds, private equity, real estate as well as finance transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the tax department of another law firm in Luxembourg.

Joined Elvinger Hoss Prussen in 2023.

Member of the Luxembourg Bar in 2023.

Master’s degree in Business Law from Trinity College Dublin (Ireland).

LL.M in International and European Tax Law at Maastricht University (the Netherlands).
