Marie-Sybille Frapier

Counsel Marie-Sybille Frapier’s fields of expertise are corporate law, cross-border financing and refinancing (including fund financing), private equity as well as mergers and acquisitions. 
Marie-Sybille advises clients on, among other things, due diligence process, set-up of acquisition structures, restructuring and negotiation of acquisition and financing documents. 

Member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2020.

Joined Elvinger Hoss Prussen in 2016.

Prior to joining the firm, Marie-Sybille worked for three years in a Magic Circle law firm in Luxembourg on banking and international capital market matters.

Master’s degree in civil and criminal law from the Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium).
