Mélissa Weber’s principal field of activity is the structuring and formation of alternative investment funds under the form of regulated or non-regulated vehicles.
Mélissa is also involved in the performance of due diligence on Luxembourg vehicles established by large promoters for investors and in the relating negotiations with those promotors.
Mélissa also advises asset managers on regulatory and corporate governance matters in relation to Luxembourg funds.

Master’s degree in business law from the Université de Lorraine (France).
