Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised the founders of Berlin-based communications specialist and FRITZ!Box manufacturer AVM on all Luxembourg law aspects in the sale of a majority stake in the company to European family office Imker Capital Partners and the founders’ reinvestment into the new ownership structure.
