2026 Elvinger Hoss Annual Regulatory Forum
The fourth edition of our flagship regulatory event, the 2026 Elvinger Hoss Annual Regulatory Forum took place on 3 June at Mudam in Luxembourg.
Our vision for the future of the Luxembourg financial centre
This year's discussion focused on our vision for the future of the Luxembourg financial centre. Bringing the financial centre to the next level while acknowledging that tax frameworks, professional secrecy and local expertise are unlikely to be the main game changer.
We explored how the future of the financial centre can be shaped by adopting (in a more agile and faster fashion than others) new technologies in terms of real-time finance (supported by tokenization and automation rooted in AI) and by creating technological sovereignty (independently or in selective combination) as a billable service and following the redoubted Luxembourg "centre of excellence" model.
Luxembourg can position itself at its best - building on the success of our eco-system, pulling together the right resources, deciding upon structural investments, in notably AI, and using global experts/visionaries as a sounding board.
