26th Annual IBA Arbitration Day

Elvinger Hoss Prussen attended the 26th Annual IBA Arbitration Day: Redefining the contours of international arbitration in London on 3 and 4 April. Organised by the International Bar Association (IBA), the conference tackled a number of key topics, including:
- Rule of Law in international arbitration revisited;
- Privatising disputes involving States: New model investment agreements (UNIDROIT-ICC project);
- Regulating for blue skies, raising new disputes (environmental disputes arising from changes in legislation); and
- UNCITRAL Model law: 40 and beyond?
Our delegation, consisting of Partner Elisabeth Omes and Associate Camille Reckinger, was pleased to share our experiences and to further strengthen our global network.
