In her capacity as Chair of the ALEDC (Association Luxembourgeoise pour l'Etude du Droit de la concurrence), our Partner Katrien Veranneman introduced the “7e journée luxembourgeoise du droit de la concurrence” co-organised by ALEDC and Chambre of Commerce Luxembourg on 27 November.

Katrien moderated a panel discussing competition authorities’ approach to the assessment of sustainability agreements between competing undertakings. Also on the agenda were the status of merger control in Luxembourg and recent case law developments on the limits of authorities’investigative powers in view of fundamental rights, in particular in the context of dawn raids. 

She also commented the fact that Luxembourg remains the only EU country without national merger control during an interview with Thierry Labro for Paperjam. Read the full article here.
