AIJA Joint Real Estate/International Business Law/Banking, Finance and Capital Markets Commissions Seminar

Elvinger Hoss Prussen Partner Jean-Bernard Spinoit and Senior Associate Lena Hoss will be speakers at the “Joint Real Estate/International Business Law/Banking, Finance and Capital Markets Commissions Seminar - Navigating Growth through Innovation, Sustainability, and Technology”, organised by the AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers), in Tokyo on 9-11 April.

Jean-Bernard will be a panellist on “Trends in financing structures in the infrastructure, real estate and data centers: The Intersection of Finance and Real Estate”. Lena will be moderating a panel on “Strategies for Risk Mitigation in Cross-border infrastructure for economic prosperity”.
