ALFI-AIMA Webinar: AIFMD II and private debt

AIFMD II has introduced new rules concerning loan-originating alternative investment funds. This webinar provided an opportunity to summarise the main changes and to discuss the implications of these new rules with industry experts. Joachim shared his views from a legal perspective.
