The Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) hosted the 2023 edition of its European Asset Management Conference on 21-22 March 2023. Aimed at asset managers and investment fund practitioners, the two-day conference looked at recent EU regulatory developments in the European Asset Management industry.
On Wednesday 22 March, Partner Olivia Moessner was part of a panel presenting regulatory updates on AIFMD, UCITSD, ELTIF 2.0, digitalisation, AML amongst others.
Partner Gast Juncker, Senior Associate Rachel Hardy and Associates Romée Mathis, Emmanuel Turpin and Lorraine Urbanik also participated in the conference.
