ALFI Roadshow to Amsterdam 2023

Elvinge Hoss Prussen sponsored the ALFI Amsterdam Roadshow on 19 April 2023. During the event, organised by the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI), the experts with a broad variety of professional backgrounds from both Luxembourg and the Netherlands discussed the most recent developments in cross-border investment fund distribution and innovative solutions in the alternative investments space. The panel discussions included a look at the regulatory landscape; ELTIF 2.0 and retailisation of alternative asset classes. 

Partner Gast Juncker moderated a panel discussing the latest regulatory changes including review of the AIFMD and UCITSD, digitalisation and SFDR .
