Anne Schwartz’s practice concentrates on civil and real estate litigation. She regularly advises institutional clients and real estate developers on complex lease and construction matters. She has gained experience in real estate transactions, including sale agreements for properties under construction and large-scale development projects. She is also involved in the real estate aspects of banking financings for acquisition and development projects in Luxembourg. 

In addition, Anne has significant experience in the private wealth management sector, advising families, entrepreneurs, foundations, and other stakeholders on a wide range of estate planning issues. She assists clients with Luxembourg and cross-border succession law and manages estates involving multiple jurisdictions.

Anne was a member of Elvinger Hoss Prussen until 2019, following which she worked for 7 years as a notarial candidate for two firms in Luxembourg. 

Re-joined Elvinger Hoss Prussen in 2026.
