Elvinger US and Elvinger Hoss Prussen assisted NLC with the establishment and successful first closing of their first Luxembourg-based Evergreen Fund (the “Fund”). The Fund’s strategy focuses on short-dated subscription line investments and aims to deliver attractive, risk-adjusted returns to investors with a focus on capital preservation and downside protection.
