Elvinger Hoss Prussen assisted Santander Asset Management Luxembourg with the launch of its first money market fund in Europe that is intended to be marketed in the European countries where Santander has a presence. Advice consisted in the conversion of an existing sub-fund of Santander International Fund SICAV to Santander Money Market Fund EUR VNAV, a Euro denominated variable net asset value money market fund.
The team was led by partners Tom Göricke and Jérôme Wigny with associates Estelle Alvarez and Lisa Schon.
