Elvinger Hoss Prussen represented Blackstone as to matters of Luxembourg law in the establishment of the first series of an evergreen institutional U.S. Direct Lending fund, Blackstone Senior Direct Lending Fund (LUX) SICAV-RAIF SCSp, the Luxembourg parallel fund of Blackstone Senior Direct Lending Fund LP (“BXD”).
Blackstone has announced that BXD closed its inaugural series with $22 billion of investable capital, including anticipated leverage, exceeding the initial target of $10 billion.
