Elvinger Hoss Prussen assisted Blackstone with matters of Luxembourg law in the establishment of Blackstone Life Sciences VI (LUX) SCSp, the Luxembourg parallel fund of Blackstone Life Sciences VI LP (together, “BXLS VI”).
On March 30, 2026, Blackstone has announced that BXLS VI closed at its hard cap of $6.3 billion of total capital commitments, making it the largest life sciences private fund ever raised.
The Team was lead by Partner Joachim Cour, Senior Associates Julien Gigliarelli and Dimitri Cuvelier, as well as Associates Thibaut Sak and Leïla Khane.
