Blackstone Announces Record Final Closing For Fourth Blackstone Tactical Opportunities Flagship Fund at $5.2 Billion

Elvinger Hoss Prussen represented Blackstone as to matters of Luxembourg law in the establishment of its fourth flagship commingled fund for its opportunistic investment strategy, Blackstone Tactical Opportunities Fund IV - Lux SCSp, the Luxembourg parallel fund of Blackstone Tactical Opportunities Associates IV L.P. ("BTO IV"), which raised $5.2 billion of capital commitments.
