CRM Marketing Officer

We are looking for a CRM Marketing Officer (m/f)
 
Our law firm is seeking a CRM Officer to join the Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and up-to-date data in our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, and for executing strategies to improve client engagement and communication. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and analytical professional to make a significant impact on the firm's client management processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in keeping the firm's CRM system up-to-date and accurate.
• Work closely with lawyers, assistants and other professionals to ensure that client information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Compile and provide data information for targeted marketing and business development activities.
• Prepare marketing lists for the distribution of newsletters and event invitations and track delivery. 
• Monitor and analyze client and prospect data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Centralize visit reports with prospects and clients and track customer interaction.
• Provide training and support to staff on the use of the CRM system.
• Ensure that client data is secure and in compliance with data protection regulations.
• Maintain documentation on CRM policies and procedures.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of CRM efforts.

Requirements:

• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in CRM management, preferably in the services industry.
• Knowledge of CRM principles and strategies.
• Experience working with CRM software.
• Understanding of data protection regulations and compliance requirements.
• Very good written and oral communication skills in French and in English. Any additional language is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
