Elvinger Hoss Prussen assisted Mileway with the establishment of its EUR 10,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme and advised on the Luxembourg law aspects relating to the issuance of EUR 850,000,000 3.875 per cent. notes due 15 July 2030 and EUR 650,000,000 4.375 per cent. notes due 15 July 2033 under said Programme.
