On 8 July our firm held a team building event in beautiful Esch-sur-Sûre in the north of Luxembourg.

The medieval village set the perfect backdrop for the theme of our event. Members from all groups of the firm were divided into teams, which competed against each other in a variety of physical and mental challenges. Mixing up the groups had the benefit of increasing communication, planning, motivation, and collaboration of team members who rarely get to work with each other. The activities helped participants to see each other in a different light and allowed them to connect in a different setting. The day ended in a fun barbecue and live music.
