Our latest ESG report is out!

Garden with a bench

As an independent law firm with 60 years of experience, we strongly believe we have a duty to our clients, to our team members and to civil society.

This report highlights all the ESG initiatives and concrete actions that Elvinger Hoss Prussen has put in place starting 2023.

In 2023, we enlisted the expertise of a leading firm in ESG consulting and reporting and we conducted interviews of our internal and external stakeholders to further strengthen our ESG strategy. This has been an important milestone for our firm to structure our policy and identify through a materiality analysis our main ESG priorities for the coming years.

The insights from the materiality analysis enabled us to perform a comprehensive review of our ESG issues, to prioritise them and to refine our strategy in line with these priorities. It also allowed us to reinforce our approach with specific commitments and 2030 goals.

In this report, we have gathered the outputs of this analysis as well as the actions we undertook starting 2023 under three main pillars:

  1. Responsible partner,
  2. Responsible employer,
  3. Responsible member of society.
