In a world that is being redefined by deep societal and environmental shifts, our role, as lawyers, is crucial: we carry a duty to our clients, our team members, and to the world around us.
This report highlights all the ESG initiatives and concrete actions that Elvinger Hoss Prussen is putting in place.
We have chosen to further strengthen our ESG strategy and identify our sustainability priorities through a materiality analysis, which assesses our initiatives based on their potential impact on the firm’s business (risk, opportunity) and their importance to our stakeholders.
This report gathers the outputs of this analysis as well as the actions we undertook under three main pillars:
- Responsible partner,
- Responsible employer,
- Responsible member of society.
Over the past two years, we have taken our long-standing commitments a step further — by formalising our policies and reporting processes, and gaining greater recognition from both our stakeholders and independent certification bodies.
