Partner Elisabeth Omes elected to the International Chamber of Commerce Court of Arbitration

We’re pleased to announce the election of Partner Elisabeth Omes as a member of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Court of Arbitration for the 2024-2027 term. Members of the Court are appointed for three-year terms by the World Council. This is done on the proposal of one member from national committees and other groups.

The International Court of Arbitration is the world’s leading arbitral institution. Since 1923, they have been helping to resolve disputes in international commercial and investment disputes. Read more about the ICC International Court of Arbitration here.
