Partner Tiago Nogueira elected as President of the Board of Directors of the AEDBF Luxembourg

Elvinger Hoss Prussen is pleased to announce the election of Partner Tiago Nogueira as President of the Board of Directors of the AEDBF Luxembourg ‘European Society for Banking and Financial Law’ (Association Européenne pour le Droit Bancaire et Financier). The new board was presented at the annual general meeting of the Association held on 3 December at Elvinger Hoss offices.

The AEDBF is a European association that contributes to discussions on the legal aspects of banking, finance and stock market activities. The association brings together bank and corporate lawyers, solicitors, magistrates, academics, civil servants and economists. In addition to Luxembourg, the AEDBF is active in France, Belgium, Greece, Romania, Italy and Switzerland.
