Experienced Alternative Investment Funds Lawyer

As we continue to expand our Investment Funds practice in Paris, we are seeking a highly skilled Experienced Associate to join our dynamic team.

Your role:

• Advise sponsors, managers and institutional investors on Luxembourg alternative investment funds across strategies such as private equity, real estate, private debt and venture capital.  
• fund structuring and formation matters from launch to closing. 
• Draft, review, and negotiate fund documentation including LPAs, PPMs, subscription documents, management agreements, service provider agreements and side letters.
• investor due diligence and negotiations.
• Contribute to business development activities, including participating in client pitches and presentations.
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and support staff.

Your profile:

• You hold a law degree (Master 2 minimum) and have 3 to 5 years’ experience in Alternative Investment Funds within a law firm
• You are admitted to the Luxembourg, French bar or another European Bar
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, high attention to detail and sound judgement
• Team player with excellent communication skills and a client-service mindset
• You are fluent in English and French
